Temperature Break
Brewed with a split mash of Pale Ale and 2 Row malt, and a dose of flavored oats and wheat to create the beginning of a delicious NEIPA. Temperature Break has added Chinook for slight bittering and a bountiful blend of New Zealand hops, notably Kohatu, to create a bright and fruity flavor.
Neutral Buoyancy
Brewed with Pale malt and a heavy offering of oats and wheat. We then add a touch of lactose and hopped it with a crazy amount of Denali, Citra and Mosaic in the kettle. Then double Dry hopped it with the same blend of hops. This beer features notes of ripe pineapple, orange and tropical citrus.
Notorious T.O.G.
This beer is named after the Tog (Tautog/Blackfish) - a favorite target of local fall fishermen. Notorious T.O.G. is a no boil, New England style IPA utilizing all hops from New Zealand. The no-boil technique creates an increase in a fruity hop character while also leaving a fuller body and ideal, delicious haze!
Jet Head
This NEIPA is Double Dry Hopped with ALL Galaxy hops. It'll leave you with a clean, delicious fruity flavor with almost subtle notes of citrus and peach. We use a generous amount of oats & wheat malt to give it awesome head retention and a smooth finish. Galaxy Hop lovers, this beer is sure to please.
Knockdown
This brew offers all the hop-forward balance and flavor characteristics you know & love in an American IPA except the color will keep you wondering how it is considered an IPA at all! We utilize dark malts to create the color and low roasted, toffee flavor. It's smooth and incredibly drinkable. Absolutely a must try here at Slack Tide!
Jacob Jones
Jacob Jones is the production name of an experimental NE DIPA we did named Tackle Box #4. We use Kviek yeast that ferments at very high temperatures. The yeast also helps accentuate the tropical flavors of the hops. We named this beer after the WWII destroyer "Jacob Jones" that was torpedoed by a German U-boat off the coast of Cape May in 1942.
